Ben was our caterer for our daughter’s wedding at Syon Park.  Ben and his team were professional and delightful to deal with. His innovation with the tastes and presentation of his food was fantastic and he really delivered excellent quality on the night.  Ben assisted us with the choice of venue and helped guide us along the way to ensure we had a night to remember.

Ben’s food was undoubtedly the best food we have ever had at any event. EVER!  Throughout the planning stages he was professional, helpful and great to work with. He was calm and we knew it would all be amazing …and it was. The salmon station was delicious, the smoked chicken parcels were amazing, the smoked duck unbelievably tasty. EVERY guest commented on the truly fabulous food. Thank you Ben. We have already booked Ben definitely for our next son’s Bar mitzvah.

Once again you came up trumps for our family.  We knew from our previous wedding, only a few years ago, that you were a delight to deal with; calm, flexible, sensible and not afraid to say if something couldn’t work.

Choosing a wedding 500 miles away was probably not what you were hoping for, nor a field in the middle of nowhere,  with just a wonderfully eccentric Lord & Lady living in their turreted castle – but you did us proud.  The reception food was delicious, quirky and themed to our Scottish surroundings, the dinner was pitched exactly how we wanted it, relaxed, tasty and so pleasing to the eye and the added trimmings of a sweet laden Airstream, fire-pits of marshmallows, and Scottish kilted shortbread men & women made everyone smile.  The beautifully presented Whisky table was a delight to the eyes and from the amount drunk obviously a delight to the taste buds!.  We loved that you seemed as enthusiastic as us in brainstorming food ideas and researching with us on Pinterest and your chefs were just as kind and enthusiastic when we came to see you.

The whole wedding experience was a pleasure for us all – we loved the build up as much as the day and your professional approach played a huge part in this   With many thanks until the next time.

Ben was a pleasure to have both as a caterer and coordinator with the function hall. Our simcha ran smoothly, the food was absolutely delicious, interesting and in plentiful supply. He catered a non-meat function to the enthusiasm of all our friends. He is efficient, flexible and imaginative. We were delighted.

But what is more of a pleasure than sampling the delights of Ben T’s food,  is dealing with the man himself who founded his business on honesty and integrity and quality .
